BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING: For all portrait sessions, a signed contract as well as a 50% non-refundable session retainer are required to book and hold the date of your session. The session retainer also serves as a cancellation fee, however, the fee may be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due 24 hours before the scheduled session.
WEDDINGS : For all wedding bookings, a signed contract as well as a 30% non-refundable retainer are due immediately to hold the date of your event. The wedding retainer also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the date of the wedding. Payment plans and pre-payment discounts are also available.
PAYMENT: All sessions and package fees may be paid securely online using our online booking portal or personal invoice link. We also accept Zelle, Venmo and cash. Clients utilizing a payment plan will be emailed a payment schedule. Additionally, email reminders will be sent as due dates approach. Missed and late payments may be subject to late fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For portrait sessions, Client forfeits the session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee may be credited towards a future session if the Client notifies the Photographer 72 hours prior to the date of the session and reschedules for an agreeable date and time.
For weddings and events, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid as a cancellation fee. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date and/or event location, the Photographer will do her best to accommodate the change and no additional fee will be charged. The client will be given first priority for dates in this matter.
If krisann photography cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.
