Booking Your Session
Portrait Sessions :
To reserve your portrait session date, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer fee are required. This retainer also acts as the cancellation fee. However, with the photographer’s approval, it may be applied as a credit toward a future session. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Weddings :
For wedding bookings, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer are due immediately to secure your date. This retainer serves as the cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the wedding day. Flexible payment plans and pre-payment discounts are available upon request.
Payment Methods :
Payments can be made securely online via our booking portal or through a personal invoice link. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash payments. Clients on a payment plan will receive a detailed schedule via email, along with reminders as due dates approach. Late or missed payments may incur additional fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
Portrait Sessions :
The retainer paid to book the session is non-refundable. However, if you notify the photographer at least 72 hours before your scheduled session and reschedule for a mutually agreed-upon date and time, the retainer may be credited toward the future session.
Weddings & Events :
The event retainer fee is non-refundable and retained as the cancellation fee. If you need to change the wedding date or location, the photographer will do her best to accommodate the changes at no extra cost. Priority will be given to clients needing to reschedule.
In the unlikely event that krisann photography is unable to fulfill the contract due to fire, natural disasters, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party, the retainer fee will be refunded in full. Beyond that, the photographer holds no further liability.
