A Thank You Letter to Our Clients
Dear Friends,
As I sit down to write this, I can feel my heart overflowing with gratitude. Over the past 15+ years, we’ve had the privilege of capturing thousands of moments — weddings, engagements, family sessions, graduations, newborn snuggles, and everything in between. But as beautiful as the photographs are, it’s the people in them — you — who truly make our work so meaningful.
From the very beginning, krisann photography has been a labor of love. My husband and I started this journey together, often with our kids in tow, learning the ropes, carrying gear, and sharing in the joy of each celebration. Today, we’re still that same close-knit team, and we still value every single person we get to work with like they’re part of our extended family.
We’ve laughed together when things didn’t go as planned. We’ve cried during vows and speeches because your stories are powerful and personal. We’ve danced right alongside you when the music was too good to resist. These are not just moments we’ve documented — they’ve become part of the fabric of our own family memories.
What we want you to know is this :

We never take the honor of photographing your milestones for granted.
Whether you’ve hired us once or a dozen times, your trust is the reason we get to do what we love every day. You’ve invited us into your lives during the most intimate, emotional, and joyful moments — and that is a gift we’ll never stop cherishing.
To the couples who have become lifelong friends… to the families who call us year after year to capture your growing children… to those who’ve allowed us to be there for bittersweet goodbyes and triumphant new beginnings — thank you. You have given our work purpose, and our family more joy than we could ever express.
We may be the ones behind the camera, but your lives, your laughter, and your love are the true subjects of our story. And for that, we are endlessly grateful.
